§ 93-10. Failure of agency to meet requirements.

Should the requirements above not be met at any time, the inspection agency shall immediately cease performing inspections. Before resuming inspections, the Superintendent of Buildings shall determine if it complies with the requirements to continue as an approved inspection agency.
