§ 216-124. Exceptions to setback requirements.

  • In the A Residence District, no regulation or requirement hereof shall be deemed to require the setback of any building beyond the average front setback line observed by the buildings, existing at the effective date of this chapter, on the same side of the street within the block, provided that there are two or more buildings on such block.
