No building may be erected, altered or used, and no lot or premises may be used except for the following purposes:B.Customary home occupations, such as dressmaking and millinery, conducted by the resident occupants only and in which no employees shall be engaged and subject to the provisions of § 216-12B of Article IV, applicable to the office of a professional person.
