§ 182-17. Penalties for offenses.

Any person violating any provision of this article shall be liable for a penalty not exceeding $1,000 or to imprisonment for a term not to exceed 15 days, or to both fine and imprisonment, for each offense, and, in addition to the foregoing, each violation of any provisions of this article shall constitute and is hereby declared to be disorderly conduct, and any person violating the same shall be and is hereby declared to be a disorderly person.
